The tour can be booked through our customer service channels:

To book the tour, we require a single deposit of 50 euros, regardless of the number of days reserved. The deposit payment will be made by credit card.

The remaining tour balance will be paid at the end of the tour, with the 50 euros deposit deducted. Payment can be made in cash or by card.

Our cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to the tour, with a full refund of the deposit.

All our tours are private.

Yes, all our tuk tuks are electric.

Our tuk tuks can accommodate up to 6 people. However, if your group is larger, don’t worry, we can arrange for two or more tuk-tuks. In this case, please note that the fee will be per tuk tuk.

We have tours ranging from 2 hours in duration to full-day experiences.

For clients staying in central Lisbon, we provide complimentary pick-up services directly from their hotel or accommodation. However, if the accommodation is located in more remote areas, we will arrange a convenient meeting point. Our aim is to ensure a seamless and convenient experience for all our guests, regardless of their location.

The typical route for our tour includes:

  • Sintra, village and palaces (usually visiting two palaces, normally Pena Palace and Quinta da Regaleira);
  • Cabo da Roca;
  • Boca do Inferno;
  • Cascais.

However, please remember that since we only offer private tours, we can customize the tour according to your preferences.

For our Sintra tour, we provide comfortable, air-conditioned transportation in an 8-seater car. We offer morning pick-up from your hotel or a designated meeting point, and we return you to your original pick-up location at the end of the day, or any other requested location within reason.

During the Sintra tour, we have various options of palaces and monuments to visit, such as the Pena Palace, Quinta da Regaleira, Moorish Castle, Queluz Palace, National Palace of Sintra, Biester Palace, among others. Typically, we visit only two palaces, with the most popular choices being the Pena Palace and Quinta da Regaleira. However, during the scheduling of your tour, we can suggest which palaces best fit your preferences and needs.

The amount of walking depends on the number of museums we visit. On the more traditional tour, including visits to the Pena Palace and Quinta da Regaleira, we typically walk an average of 10 kilometers (approximately 6.2 miles). However, the Sintra tour can also be tailored to include less walking while still allowing you to experience all the charms of the city.

The total duration of a full-day tour in Sintra is 8 hours. We also offer a half-day option, which lasts for 4 hours.

For our tour from Lisbon to Porto, we provide comfortable, air-conditioned transportation in an 8-seater car. We offer morning pick-up from your hotel or a designated meeting point, and drop off in your hotel at the end of the day, or any other requested location within reason.

For the Lisbon to Porto tour, we can make stops in typically 3 cities along the way. There are various options for stops, such as Mafra, Óbidos, Nazaré, Fátima, Tomar, Coimbra, Aveiro, among others. The most traditional stops are Óbidos, Nazaré, and Aveiro, but we customize the stops according to the client’s preferences.

The total duration of a full-day tour from Lisbon to Porto with the stops along the way is 8 hours. We also the option of a direct route without stops, with the total travel time between Lisbon and Porto being 3 hours.
